Over the years we have developed and evolved a unique service proposition that we call... the Freshfayre Service Menu ...which incorporates.

Traditional Van Sales Service, using the latest hand-held technology to take orders, produce invoices, process credits and conduct cash transactions, all at the point of delivery. We print a 'clean' invoice for each delivery including the Van Sales colleague's name and contact details.

Our Van Sales colleagues are much more than just delivery drivers - they care about your business and work with you to meet your specific and individual requirements they are encouraged to build relationships with you to ensure that nothing is ever too much trouble with a 'can do' approach.

Customer Services Department really is the 'icing on the cake', each customer has a dedicated telesales representative for that personal touch and they contact you at the time of your choice, working in partnership with you. Your products are delivered by the same Van Sales colleague ensuring you receive the same standard and quality of service regardless of how you place your order.


A combination of both! Our Van Sales colleagues carry stock so they have abilty to 'influence' your order at the point of sale in the event of any necessary amendments, or maybe you just want to try something new or different on your menu today!
